'T2W2 Journal Writing : Healthy Eating


Hi Fine Trees,
We have to eat in order to have the energy to perform our daily tasks and to enjoy the many beautiful things in this world. However, do we really know what to eat so that we can be healthy? Many diseases are associated with unhealthy eating. Hence, it is important to know what to eat so that we will not be victims of such diseases.

For this week's journal writing, I would like you to discuss and reflect on healthy eating. To help you, I have listed some questions below:

1. What do you have to eat in order to be healthy?
2. What are some of the unhealthy food adults and children like to eat?
3. Why is important to eat healthily?
4. What are some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthy food?
5. What are the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables?
6. Do you like to eat fruits and vegetables? Why?
7. Do you support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables? Why?
8. What activities can you suggest to encourage children to eat more vegetables and fruits?

  1. I should eat more vegtable and fruit in order to be healthy.We should not eat etc.french fries, burgers and coke. It is important to eat healthy food because our stomach will not have too much fats. I like to eat fruits but not vegtables as some of the fruits are sweet and look nice, while the vegtable look disgusting. Yes because it will help all the pupil to have a healthy livestlye

  2. I should eat fruits,vegtables and meat to grow strong and healthy.Some adults and children eat too much sweets or oily food such as,fried chicken wings and chocolate.We need to eat healthy so that we have energy to learnin school.
    some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthy food are high blood presure and heart attacks. the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables are making your bones and teeth strong. I like to eat fruits and vegetables because they are good for me.Yes. they are good for all of us.they are prize wining contests andgoing to a picnic.

  3. I must eat more fruits and vegetables to keep me fit and healthy. We must not eat too much of unhealthy food as it will harm our. We must eat healthy food and lead a healthy diet to keep us healthy and strong.
